Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! Today I am sharing a quick 10 Minute Full Body Yoga Workout that will get you moving and warm you up!

This is a great yoga routine for weight loss because strengthening and toning the muscles burn fat. It’s a bit challenging, but it’s a great workout to do if you are short on time. The perfect yoga for busy people!

During this yoga sequence, we will be moving through cat and cow, downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana) to plank, ab curls in three-legged dog, boat pose (navasana), and ending in easy pose (sukhasana).
