It is the perfect yoga for weight loss routine, it’s great for all levels (yoga for beginners), and if done regularly it will assist in your efforts to lose weight, build muscle, burn fat, and tone your body.
If you have 30 minutes and you are looking for an effective total body workout. This yoga routine will work your abs, legs, thighs, glutes, and arms!
In this class, you’ll sit in sukhasana (easy pose), take several cat and cow stretches, flow from plank to downward facing dog, side plank, a boat pose variation (navasana), supine twist, and savasana.
