What’s up Workout Buddies?!
Wow… summer is almost over and my work schedule just became SUPER crazy. I am sure a lot of you are about to get super busy, too with school, work, etc.
That’s why I created this quick 10 min fast paced Yoga Workout for us busy people 😊
How To Use This Workout:
✔ Go at the pace that BEST fits your personal levels
✔ Do the 2nd flow faster than me to burn more calories
✔ Go slower if you need to. You should be able to do this entire workout calmly/controlled – without tensing your face/holding your breathe
This workout pretty much covers every aspect of fitness:
☑️ Total Body Workout
☑️ Cardio (definition of cardio is any activity that raises your heart rate up for at least 10 minutes, and in turn, burning fat)
☑️ Strength and Flexibility
And if you stay present (mentally focused) during this entire workout, it also becomes a moving meditation 💙
