This is a very special ocean waves meditation with the sound of a calming flute in the air sending stress and anxiety far far away till it’s totally gone. You will feel lifted the moment you will surrender to it’s sounds and for that to happen you need to stay focused to the sound of it. Then you will feel a lot more relaxed because the longer you will stay to this meditation the longer you allow it to do it’s work on you. So you need at least 15 minutes
and if you stayed that long go for the last 10 minutes.
This is a complete 30 minute full meditation.
If you seek for a 10 minutes meditation and you want to speed things up you can start from 19:36(10 MIN MEDITATION).
it is a slow fade out that will totally #relax you.
Try this once to feel the sensation of it. It’s magic!
