This Intermediate level Pilates practice is a full 45 minute workout for a practitioner with a some experience and knowledge of the Pilates method and principles. All you need is your mat and be ready to move. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.

Pilates is an exercise method focused on breath, control, and precision using proper alignment. This type of practice supports healthy posture and can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. This can be paired with meditation as well. Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.
Sara is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor and Master Instructor with Balanced Body. She is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Booty Barre instructor. Sara has been practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. Sara brings the variety in her education background to her teaching style and enjoys working with all levels of students.
