Oblique Reaches, Beginner Level Pilates : Pilates on the Small Ball

A beginner level exercise to strengthen the oblique abdominal muscles (those that lie between the rib and the hip).

Inhale to prepare, exhale and curl rib to hip, navel to spine, bringing the arm forward then continue to reach the ball towards the outside of the opposite knee.
