Welcome to my new Beginners pilates series. 3 whole body workouts just 10 mins long. They can be done all together or one at a time daily.
I advise to watch the following video link before starting the series as it will teach you the basics of pilates posture and movement.
These workouts are extremely useful if you have suffered with lower back pain, after having a baby and when starting fitness for the first time or after a break. They could also be useful if you are over weight or have a debilitating illness like rheumatoid arthritis for example or ME or following surgery of some kind.
