No equipment is needed for this at home Pilates mat class. You’ll stretch and tone your muscles for an effective Pilates workout focusing on the core muscles of the body.
We are going to slow down the pace of this class and take the time to connect to some of the fundamental Pilates exercises and positions in this 30 minute class. I will talk you through all of the exercises ensuring that you have the proper positions so you can work on a establishing a solid Pilates practice.
