1 tbsp MCT Oil
⇥ Combine all ingredients, shake/whisk/stir vigorously, top off with hot water

1 1/3 cup Shredded Zucchini
2/3 cup Shredded Sweet Potato
1 Egg
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Parsley

1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Lemon
