Yahoooooooo! I’m back with another WHAT I EAT IN A DAY video, finally! These are my favourite to film and I loooovvved doing so in my new kitchen 🙂 Full ingredients are listed below for your convenience! Love and light, always! x

BREAKFAST (8AM): Coconut Yoghurt Oatmeal
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1 cup quick oats
– 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Yoghurt
– 1/2 banana, mashed
(Topped with more coconut yoghurt, home-made almond butter, granny smith apple, fresh banana and sunflower seeds)

LUNCH (12PM): Cauliflower Pasta
– 1/2 head cauliflower
– 3 cloves garlic
– 3 tbsp tomato paste
– juice of 1 lemon
– nutrition yeast, as desired
– paprika, as desired
– pepper, as desired
– salt, as desired
– soy milk, to fill jug
– 250g Chickpea Pasta by San Remo

SNACK (3PM): Spiced Hot Cacao
– 400ml soy milk
– 2 tsp Amazonia Spiced Cacao (*)

DINNER (5PM): Warm Greens Bowl
– 1 small sweet potato
– 1/2 packet of Organic Village Adzuki Bean Tempeh
– 1 head of broccoli
^ all roasted in olive oil, salt and pepper
– 1/2 head kale, fried in olive oil
– a drizzle of sweet chilli and lime dressing
