45g oats
half an apple
handful of dried cranberries
sprinkle of cinnamon
100ml almond milk
100ml water

Nutrition per serving
6g fat / 62g carbs / 6g protein

Spiced Winter Stew (VEGAN / VEGETARIAN)

2 Carrots, quartered
1 pack of baby Parsnips, quartered
1 1/2  tsp Parisienne Herbs
1 Courgette, chopped
1 bunch Mint, chopped
1 carton Chickpeas
1 carton Finely Chopped Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion
1 Vegetable stock pot
300ml water
150g Bulgur Wheat
1/2 pot Greek Yoghurt
25g Flaked Almonds
1 tbsp oil

Nutrition per serving (serves 2)
17g fat / 114g carbs / 30g protein

Cod stir fry (PESCETARIAN)

2 Cod fillets
1 bag of Stir fry mix
50ml sauce of your choice (I used teriyaki and ginger stir fry sauce)
100-200g of a tub of pre-made mashed potato
